Pixels 101: What is
a pixel? A pixel is about comparable in size to the period ("full
stop") at the end of this sentence. Each block in the grid on our homepage
is composed of 100 pixels (10 x 10 pixels). We are selling them in
these blocks (10 x 10 pixels) because it would be difficult to display anything
significant in a smaller area. Please team up with
your associates, family, friends, neighbors, co-workers etc to purchase one or more blocks. Each
10 by 10 block will cost you US$10 ($0.10 or ten cents for each pixel).
The sooner you purchase, the better your chances of securing a prime location /
position. The three most important things here (as in real estate) are
Location, Location and Location.

The Legal Stuff (Terms and Conditions
1. Purchasing pixels simply and only gives you the right to submit an image and
link which will be displayed on our home page. No ownership rights to this
site or a portion of this site are transferred. In no instance will we not be liable for more than the amount of money you have
contributed in buying pixels.
2. No refunds will be issued after your image is accepted and published.
3. You will have the opportunity to place an image advertisement over the blocks /
pixels you purchase. When prompted, please choose a picture from the provided collection or upload one of your own. Images must be in a GIF or JPG, non-animated format, and not greater than 500 kb. You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the site you
provide.
4. Carefully enter the link / address to your site. You will not be able to change them afterwards (exception cases include where site ceases to exist, legal issues etc). Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
5. No pornographic, adult and gambling links or images
will be accepted. We have the final say on whether or not a site is
"fitting". In the event that your site is not approved, we will refund
your money or you can provide a different site. If you fail to furnish an
alternative in an expeditious manner, you will forfeit the pixels. Should
we discover after the fact or at any time that your site is not
appropriate, we reserve the right to refund your money or ask for an alternative.
No refunds will be issued for time lost because a link is inappropriate.
6. Pixels are not guaranteed until payment is confirmed and the link is approved.
All funds must be fully received before your image will be published on our home page.
7. Submissions will be reviewed before finally posted on the home page.
This may take up to 24 hours. Please be patient.
8. You can optionally delete your image and link at any time. The block(s)
will then be available for purchase by others. Please note that no refunds
will be issued.
9. The minimum purchase is $100 which is equivalent to
10 x 10 pixels or one of the squares in the grid. Should you wish
to place a reasonably sized picture, you will have to purchase several blocks. We recommend you team
up with friends etc if necessary.
10. We are not responsible for temporary server glitches, down time for server
upgrades etc.
11. Your ad / picture/ this site and homepage will be available online for
a minimum of 5 years (starting from November 27, 2005, the day this site was
launched). In other words this site should be online till at least the
end of November 2010.
Payment Information and Terms
1. After selecting / reserving your blocks you will be given the
opportunity to pay for them. Please note that the blocks will be reserved
for 3 days until payment is confirmed or we hear from you.. Should you not
communicate with us, after three days the reserved blocks will be made available
to the public. You will be welcome to restart the process again.
2. You can pay for your pixels in one of the following ways:
(a) PayPal or Click and Pledge: PayPal
or Click and Pledge are our recommended payment methods for amounts up to
1,000 pixels or dollars.
(b) Cahier's Check or Money Order. Please contact us.
(c) Bank or Wire Transfer (for amounts over $1000).
With all payment methods, funds must be verified and cleared before
your pixels will be activated on the homepage
